Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum at all. We work with large furniture manufacturers and individual customers alike. Need just a few panels cut? No problem — give us a call.
Can I order cutting only, without edge banding?
Absolutely. Each service can be ordered separately — cutting only, edge banding only, or full processing. We tailor our work to your needs.
What's the typical turnaround time?
It depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most jobs take 7–14 business days. We'll give you an exact timeline once we review your project.
Can I bring my own materials?
Of course. Got your own boards? Bring them in and we'll handle the cutting and edge banding. We can also recommend where to source materials at good prices.
How do you calculate pricing?
Pricing is based on the type of service and scope of work. We typically charge fixed rates per linear or square meter. Send us your drawings or dimensions for an accurate quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Not necessarily — terms are flexible and negotiable. Regular customers enjoy even more favorable conditions. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
